We only accept and confirm bookings made through our official website: nileshwarhomestay.com.

2.2 No Validity for Third-Party Bookings

Bookings created through any third-party website, third-party booking agent, or online travel aggregator are not accepted and will be treated as invalid unless expressly authorized by us in writing.

If you make a booking on a third-party site, you acknowledge that:

• We may not honor the reservation.
• We may refuse check-in.
• Any payments made through third parties are between you and that third party, and we are not responsible for third-party disputes, refunds, or service failures.

4. Guest Eligibility & Compliance
